It seems the first time i log on at any time, my cap is completely fubar. At the moment im in a blackbird with a 100mn ab which i can usually run constantly but it seems half the time i log on my cap goes in 2/3 bursts. Does anyone else get this problem because if so it must be made a major issue that needs fixing immediiiiiiiiaaaaatttteeeeellllllyyyyyy. Mimiru > It'd be a tie, the monkies nerfed pooflinger wouldnt have enough tracking to hit the parrot orbiting him, but the parrot's beak is so small it couldnt break the monkey's fur tanking. |

Cap has been acting strange for me also, sometimes it goes from being 2/4 to 3/4, or from 3/4 to 2/4, just weird ... ______________ Only in the Tales that humans tell, do the hunters kill the wolf in the end.

I've expirienced the same.
At one time, my rupture uses 35% per MWD burst. The other time my probe uses 2% per MWD burst. I made 45000km warp jump that took 100% cap on my tempest. I once had my cap go from 25% to 100% and then decharge back to 25% at a rate of ~10% per second (no mods were active and especially I hadn't mounted any mods that could use up my cap so fast!!). That was the weirdest cap bug I got so far. Mostly I have the normal cap bug where it goes from 100% to 1/3.

havent seen any problems myself but cap capacity/use/recharge etc is all handled server side so maybe its lag? If its not then theres some sort of faulty display in the new patch or the incorrect info is being displayed on the client

for me this bug appears when ever ive changed my ship and the first module i activate draines alot more cap then the module should. think it has todo with the fact that the server doesnt register the cap changes but the client does when u change your ship.

Same here, I've had the following issues :
- Cap displays being at 60% or more, but the amount of cap I drained makes me guess it ACTUALLY is at 15-20%, and indeed, after not so long I got the message a module could not be activated due to lack of cap (but, the display still said 60-70% or so)
- Cap suddenly starts to drain at incredible speed (during warping, haha!), going from 40% to 0% in about 6 seconds. No modules were active at the time, but I did press MWD's just a second before going through a stargate by accident. Maybe related.
Once it was drained to absolute zero it just started regenerating at normal speeds again. |

same here, last time i had the bug it happened against a 2 raven spawn, warped out wiht 20% armor :/
Another time i was mining & tanking a 3 cruiser spawn in my dommy, when all of a sudden it popped (whereas i had been tanking the same spawn for 2 hours without activating a module).. then i realised we were a very laggy sunday, and my cap had been drained somehow, prolly because of lag cause i had been running this setup for 2 hours before... i really think they should have a loot at capacitor, it is bugged a lot of time. sometimes it shows me 50% cap whereas im out of cap too --- Proud Owner of a Navy Issue Raven. |

With a full cap I would be told I didint have enough cap then my cap size would decrase by the amount the MWD uses each time.

I'm getting random instances where warping doesn't remove my cap but instead it adds to it.
Wierd with a capital F.

Similar problems here.....undocked from a station earlier, cap showed it was at 100%, activated MWD but got the 'MWD needs - cap units but the capacitor only has - '

I had a similar problem, but it appeared to be the cap display that was bugged - I was running 2 MWDs which shouldn't have been sustainable and my cap wasn't dropping below 75%. However after a while I got the "You do not have the required power" message and one of them deactivated, so the underlying cap was ok just the HUD was wrong. ____________________________________
