Is the stabber really useless for PvP as I have read?

With the right setup a stabber can become as usefull if not more usefull than a Rupture.

With the new second bonus of speed (if at lv 4-5) it's actually faster than quite a few frigs although it's obviously got a larger mass.

Can you post that setup? I don't really know how to make it a strong contender,

i got a stupid set-up in my head(wich is usually empty)
high slots: 4 heavy electron blasters, 2 heavy launhcers
med slots: 1x10mn MWD, 2 cap rechargers(or 1 webbie and a cap recharger)
lo slots: PDU or RCU if you cant fit that and cap relays
this is just a stupid idea :), i get a lot of those.. like using dual heavy pulse lasers on my mega

Actually, I was thinking of putting blasters on mine since projectiles are just not strong enough to kill anything.
Will give that one a try, might fit Ions though....

It is a minmatar ship. Wouldn't it be better to use projectile weapons? Or is there any negative thing about projectile weapons?
