"Rigs
A static data issue regarding rate of fire bonuses has been fixed on various hybrid, missile and projectile rigs."
So I read a comment somewhere that this means the nerfing of the (surprisingly efficient) combination of for ex. 3 T2 magstabs and one T2 Hybrid Burst Aerator.
Something along the lines of stacking working differently (correctly?) on ROF rigs and modules in Apocrypha...
Is this true and what are the actual stat changes like? I tried looking for more info on it but didn't really find anything...

check the stats in EFT current and compare to Sisi ... or compare to Apo TQ ...

I was unaware of a bug with Burst, if it is as specific as it sounds in your initial post, surely applying stacking penalty to fix it is in order. .
Weapon rigs are still going to be godly, hell I use them on almost all ships these days .. beats the crap out of the reduced speed from armour rigging.
PS: SiSi just opened, will throw some numbers your way.

Thanks for that, though did you use T2 rigs? That is where the issue lies I gather...

they don't act wierdly on TQ. Only reason T2 rof rigs are *insanely* much better then T1 is because they boost 15%, which puts them first in the stacking que instead of last.

Indeed. So do you know what it is that they are "fixing"/ changing about them?
