Wormholes have the same restrictions as gates. If you can't enter a system via a gate (due to it being hisec and you having negative sec, for instance), you won't be able to enter it via wormhole. No concordokken ... just can't do it.

You sir have no idea how Eve works, please send me your stuff and go play WoW.
Funny, as insulting as you want to be, you actually caught me on a mistake. It's not sec status that prevents the jump ... it's capitals.
Good catch, bad form. Thanks though.

You can enter any system at any sec it's the consequences of doing so he's on about. just because your -10 sec doesnt mean a 1.0 gate will deny you access.
Agreed. I was mistaken and thinking capitals instead of security status.

Bonus points?!? You mean this?
Or was that inspired by the original...?
That is indeed the original.
It doesn't really explain the origin of the term. What's with the '-dokken' suffix? There's a band called "Dokken", but I fail to see any connection between them and CONCORD.
That's actually from DragonballZ, as far as I know. One of the powerful attacks is supposed to be something-dokken, and they just substituted the original word with 'Concord'.

Ryu's blue fireball move is called the "hadoken", and it's since become a meme to attach -dokken to anything that wtfpwns anything else
That was my other guess. Hahahah ...
