Whooohooo think I managed to sort this out,
This is what I did
1. Esc 2. Under display and Graphics 3. If Advanced Settings is checked uncheck it
After I did this I warped to a acc gate and all was stable, I jumped the gate got 1 flicker and then all was ok,killed some rats and all was peachy
FYI I installed 965GM drivers as discribed here Inter 9XX Gaming Group
Dont think it will make a difference as I was having the same problem original drivers and the modded drivers before the fix above, just to lazy to uninstall the modded ones Good Luck hope it works for you too :) [NULL] |

Tried the fix, it does seem a bit better, can zoom in at the acc gates, but if I move the camera around a bit it starts to flicker, not sure if it locks my PC up, I zoom out again after the 1st flicker

I see there is a patch happening tomorrow see this Up comming Patch
I dont see anything regarding our issue, I hope this will solve this problem
Originally by: toxicha I received this response to my petition :
Quote: Thank you for reporting this issue, what you are describing sounds like a technical bug with the effects on certain objects in deadspace, like acceleration gates. From the reports we have been getting, this issue seems to be isolated to the Intel GMA graphics cards. The next patch should resolve the BSOD problem, but unfortuntately until then there is no known workaround.
Best regards, Senior GM Xamother EVE Online Customer Support
Which sounds emenantly positive. No idea on the timescale of the patch however.

Originally by: Ervol Libra Set the shader to medium quality! i have this bug on an intel 945 chipset, they work when using medium shader and texture quality. Setting it lower causes crashes
Tried this suggestion, but it dont work for me, suppose I'll have to wait for the parch [NULL] |

Originally by: Atlas Sargantanas Happy to report after tonight's patch, I have successfully negotiated an acceleration gate! Noice.
Can you post the graphics setting you are currently using, maybe if I emulate them I may have success [NULL] |

Yeah I can also sit at the gate with no issues, the problem starts if I begin to move the camera around, the it flickers and eventually I get the BSOD
try move the camera around in all direction to test if your problem is really solved
