I'm a Caldari Achura character with base attributes as follows.
Per 10
Will 8
Mem 10
Int 8
Cha 3
I as I have a very rounded character (i.e both PvP & industry) I wanted to change this to be 9/9/9/9/3. So I remove a point each from Per and Mem and add them to Will and Int. When I try to save I'm told that "One of your attributes is too low and could result in clinical lycanthropy".
I assume this refers to the charisma value of 3 but why this should make a difference to my characters mental state at this stage after 40 million SP is beyond me. I am effectively just rebalancing my all ready high principle attributes.
If this is by design, I suggest it is a borked idea to force people into evening out all five attributes. Not everyone is a leader or trader.

Had the same issue. This was fixed at one point on Sisi. Guess it got broken again.

I thought it was this way by design. If you read up on the dev blog and/or wiki thing about the attribute remapping, it states you need attributes between 5 and 15 points, no more no less.
Ended up myself moving +2p on char from my base 3 just to drop my damn willpower by 8 points. In my case those +2 was worth it. Would be pretty damn ****ed if it turns out this you talk about is a 'bug', it seems alot more like a feature. If it is indeed a bug, then I want my 12months cooldown back so I can do a new/another remap.

After a remap, you have to have at least 5 points in every attribute.
You basically have all attributes at 5 and you can distribute 14 points.

Can anyone confirm if you can still make an Achura with a base of Charisma 3?
If you can then this would seem a ridiculous limitation. If they've already phased out the char-3 build then at least this would make more sense!

Noper. Character creation is much like the respec, you can't have anything lower than 5. They've done away with the bloodline stat allocation. Sorry for all the really hideous achuras out there who did it just for the nooky (errr, 3 Char;)

Well it was the way it currently is on sisi when they first started the Apoc patch. But the second patch out changed it so that if you had a 3 to start with you could keep that three and still change the rest of your stats. It remained that way on sisi up to the last day before patching.
So that would say that it is a bug to me. Now if they did change it that is fine to. But then I demand they give us better choices and allow us to chose new pictures for our characters we payed for that 3 char with the butt ugliest avatars in the game. I would even be happy with just allowing us to pay the $10 to change our picture to that of any other race as it will now not matter what bloodline/race you are any more.
