I've logged out for a min just now and trying to log back with no success.
Character selection screen is OK but once I pick a character, I get no further than that small pop-up saying "Character selection. Entering game as xxxx".

I am stuck too with one of my char. Nowhere close to Jita, think 20 jump or so. In station.
Funny thing is, i can log my other chars from the same account, and every char from other account, but not that guy.
Oh, and of course, that one is the exploration specced
Stuck at the entering game as ... and 3-4 mins later throw me back to the character selection screen

I too am now having the same issue, i was logged in for abit but it was laggy as hell then i was unable to jump thorugh a gate and crashed , now i cant log in at all and im not in jita. this sucks!

Same here.
I haven't been on today yet so I didn't get the crash; I just tried logging in for the first time and "Entering game as XXX" loop. It's stuck -- been sitting here for 5 minutes +.

If youre trying to petition with your 'stuck' char, it wont work. because the game hasn't actually loaded yet it wont load the petition window either. Try with an alt. If you mean it wont load on the alt, then lulz, overload

Me too, petition created too, but nothing new. At least the GM stated that they are aware of the problem and am working on it. Whatever that means for this account of my free day today :(

I haz the exact same issue - I also filed a "stuck" petition about it - They are working on it. But now the whole site http://support.eve-online.com/ seems to be down - or atleast i cant get it open..
I hope the issue is solved quickly.

In the game login screen: Press ESC - My Petitions (bottom left of window)
Or just go to http://www.eveonline.com > EVE SUPPORT > Create New Petition

the problem seems to be related to a region of space - my char is in Harerget / Everyshore region.. I hope the fix can be found quickly.

Have an alt in same system and can't log him in either.
Other alt is in Duripant and can log in just fine.

im stuck at downloading bulk data at 37/39, even after downloading the data file from the website and fresh installation, still...37/39
EDIT: after awhile it just says, connection lost.

It's too bad that they disabled the stuck petition automatic processing (so that players wouldn't abuse it to escape W-space) and yet have noone manning the stuck petition queue.
Basically, if you're stuck, then you're stuck until either 1) a GM decides to actually look at the petitions, 2) the node that your character is stuck on dies or is reset or 3) next downtime arrives.

So basically, if you're stuck then you're most likely screwed until next downtime since it doesn't appear that CCP has anyone managing the stuck queue.
Go out and watch a movie or go play a different game. Don't bother whining about reimbursements for lost playtime - what, you want your fractional Euro/fifty cents? |

Seem like all of my friends except me are able to log in to this darn game. Tried to get into Jita finally got in and out, tried to get away from the lag and got stuck at a gate. Cant seem to log in either though. Anybody know what is going on with this?

o/ I managed to file the petition before support pages went dead.
I got a real quick reply saying the ccp cannot move my char at the moment and they are working on fixing the issue as soon as possible.
So they should be aware of the situation - dunno however if they know the scale of it as it seems that more and more peeps are reporting here that they are stuck and cannot petition it.
Hopefully the problem is solved quickly..

Was doing a story mission and tried to go back to Aunia Moon 11 and when I hit the gate it said you are 2 min from entering the gate. It kept counting down and at the end it just said, "you can't navigate while you are jumping" and did this for 15 full minutes and wouldn't allow me to move at all.
I rebooted the game and now stuck at character loading into the game with nothing happening.
This is garbage. Second worst patch I had to deal with and both of them have had "NO ****ING REPLIES" by CCP.

I'm sure they're aware of what's happening and they're planning to fix it, there's massive lag all over eve since the patch, give them some time. :)

what u all should do is to create petitions. The more petitions from the same prob the quicker it will get noticed by CCP.
