APing through high sec to get to amarr space and my AP took me through amarr... By time I noticed this I was already jumping and stuck... I hear people are also having problems with dodixie and jita (among other systems).

The skills I listed are the only skills that directly effect armor tanking. As the guy above me said, you will need cap skills to active tank, but straight up armor skills will allow you to make the most awesome active tank you can.

Pre-paid cards do not work, it must be either a debit or credit card. I had the same problem when i attempted to re-sub with one i got from a 7/11 when my bank account was empty.
