I've just lost a hulk on an L3 mission, I need a good hulk fit to solowtfpwn L3 missions, than salvage them while raping the mission belts. Preferably all three at the same time.

You need hulk left fist, hulk right fist and hulk scream in your highs.
For tank, you need double green skins plus muscle regeneration.
Lows obviously go left foot and right foot.
Rigs ? Hmmm... I'd go with 2x Hulk Smash IIs if you can afford them, but T1 should do fine too.

Fit as many expensive mods as you can and only accept missions that make you go to Rancer.

I can only fly 3 drones at the same time, so I was thinking 2 light/1 med scout drone, 3 harvester mining drones. Highs, a modulated strip miner, a salvager and a tractor, mids shield tank (high cap skills, so I can easily fit a shield booster and a couple amps) and passive armor tank and an afterburner on low.
How's that for an alternative hulk setup? Who says us carebears can only mine

Actually, it's a sad comment on the difficulty of level 3 missions that you could run them with a Hulk if you really wanted to.

If you loot/salvage everything it'd take 10-15.
And FWIW, based on the cargo hold and drone capacity the hulk actually makes an okay salvager and tank guard and, at the very least, it can fit multiple tractors to pick up cans from multiple looters.
I have yet to have an L4 mission drop more than 4-4.5km3 of loot/salvage/junk so you could get away with putting a couple overdrive injectors on said hulk so it doesn't embarass you by falling behind what you flush out the airlocks.
