I COULD REALLY USE SOME HELP OR ADVICE!!!!!!I have recently retuned to Eve after several long months absence to deal with r/l stuff.á Unfortunately,á a lot of things have happened inside Eve and with the group of people I played with.á I will try and explain and then I hope someone can help me with my situation.I was playing Eve with a group of my friends for about 2 years.á Our corp was Fifth Exiled Legion (5EX) and we were in the Smash Kill alliance for a while prior to me leaving Eve.á Upon my return I found that everyone of my corpmates had left Eve, our corp had been disbanded and that the area of space (TDC system) where all of my stuff was stationed had gone over to another alliance's control.á Of course, I tried to get back to the station (I knew it was probably a futile attempt) only to be blown up and podded a couple of times.á I have contacted a couple of corps in the alliance to explain my situation and see if I could join up with them, but I have been completely 100% unsuccessful.á While I understand their reluctance ingame to accept me, I have tried repeatedly to explain that I have not loyalties to any existing corp or alliance and that I just want to find a corp in my former area so I can get back to playing Eve.á With all my equipment out of my reach, I am paying but not able to play other than training.á Surely there has to be another way besides me just giving up all my equipment and ships and having to start over from scratch.á Can someone offer a solution or some advice?á I really want to play again.

dont leave all your belonging where this can happen.
you knew this could happen when you put all your stuff there
so deal with it...
you can start over, isk or assets isnt everything
on another character i had, had a few bills i wasnt able to acess for 2years...
than luck of fate i managed to get it out...

First that post is pretty hard to read.
Second, unless you moved all your stuff to empire before you left there is not much chance of getting anything back.

I would consider those 0.0 assets lost. Or, depending on how close you can get to the station where the stuff is, high market skills could let you remotely sell your gear, make some money off it. You could also set up contracts to sell your ships (at reduced prices, of course).
If your wallet is at 0 ISK and you absolutely don't want to mine / do missions from scratch, purchase a 60 day GTC with cash and sell it for ISK using the official method described in the GTC Sales forum, for a quick 450 million ISK injection, which you can use to get yourself started again.

I guess we will see as I just contracted everything to Tevlent. IF he scams me I am really no worse off than I was to begin with. If he helps me then I get my stuff and I reimburse him with ISK.

It's disgusting how many of you people think you know who I am merely due to the people I associate with. Hasn't GoonFleet suffered enough prejudice? The bigotry you people express merely because of a corp tag, it's shameful really. It isn't our fault that we can only fly T1 frigates and that once a pilot has reached 5 million skill points they are kicked from the corp. Just because someone sets us up for an easy scam does not make us barbarians, we hold our dignity and our fortitude. True, it is my dream to one day have over a million isk in my wallet, but that day will never come through the abuse of another. This man, MaelstromThorn, gave to me all of his possessions in the entire galaxy: a hulk, mackinaw, skiff, hound, cheetah, mastodon, stabber, and assorted T2 and T1 items. All in all, I estimate the haul to be worth about 300million isk. It saddens me that I will never in my life see that amount in my own asset window, but again, I would never seek to scam a fellow man. The amount of putrid mistrust in this forum makes me sick. Why is it so unbelievable for you people to believe that one human being would help another in need. |

You probably could have gotten into one of the more carebear corps within KIA, and have retrieved your assets. But now you just gave it to someone who is associated with a alliance that openly scams people. Good luck ever seeing your stuff again |
