During the slaughter, I had the brains to hit the capture button a few times, here's a decent shot of the fight. View from the Gallery Hope you can see the link. GF = Good Fight to PoE for doing their best. Their brave pilots did warp in a number of RR BSs to try and help their Caps survive and clear out the HICs and Dictors, but it was not enough. Was most likely always going to end that way) We lost 10 capitals between FOE/Puppets or "PoE" as you name it (I actually quite like that name). Not a massive loss but maybe needless. Unfortunately I wasn't there but from talking to people it seems everyone had a good laugh, SoT/PL have been trying to hotdrop us for a while I hope they enjoyed themselves as much as our guys did. TBH, with as much discussion as there has been about COAD in desperate need of fresh posting, this thread is is perfectly placed and accurate to the scale of the players involved. 0.0 may have a limited number of actors involved in the 'Great Wars', those who number significant cap loses in multiples of 10 or greater. Then, there is everyone else. Props to POE for their ongoing campaign to be as annoying as possible to those that have infinitely greater resources than themselves. Suicidally unsustainable, but entertaining none the less. I'm not sure that I'd personally be sacrificing my own caps just to keep SOT sharp and tactically dangerous, but to each their own. The fight was very intresting and even... we even talked about stopping(being out numbered) all of us said F. no. We were doing to good.. so FC said F. it on our cries. Things were great and fun, once we saw the counter hot drop of even way more caps vs us. We did our best to make damage and try to hook up our pilots stuck or needing to get out of what had become a turkey shoot. Was n awsome fight either way tbh, if I lost my carrier would of said the same. Gf.
