This is from one of your own threads and i quote.
Signature Radius of Ships
Signature Radius of ships have also been tuned down for frigates and cruisers for the tracking speed changes, the targeting timers should be a little out of hand currently but will get fixed when the tracking speed are final and ready to go to Tranquility. Note that NPCÆs have not gotten any adjustments and these wonÆt happen until we have out-balanced the accuracy.
Big turrets might be able to hit smaller vessels better than was planned, so more changes to Signature Radiuses and Signature Resolution on turrets to adjust along with might happen as well.
WHY HAS THIS NOT HAPPENED
projectile turrets suck, for that very same post you gave hybids and lasers so much help witt the new bonus to the ships that porjectile are terible, and i wont stand for this, theres no way of proving it crap, why dont you just play the game instead of hiding in chaos were everything looks sweet and rosy, ppl are getting fed up and with no response or comments about these problems ppl are geeting frustrateded, and yes i hope this thread gets deleated cause then it might mean some of you read it.
second i call on all minmater to enter pator for if more than 200 ppl eneter on place it should crash the server. This was mentioned somewere but not sure were. mabye this is the only way to get the develpors attention and get them to lisen to our problems, i say crash the server every 2 hours till we get a answer, after all thats what we want is a damn response not pitiful silence.
get a grip ccp and lisen to ppl who play the real game not the test server

I am caldari char trained for minmatar equipment. I totally agree. Maybe the tempest was a bit too powerful before but geeze, I mean people talk about a nerf bat, and in rare cases there is mention of a nerf sledge hammer. What happened to the minmatar stuff really equates to a nerf wrecking ball.
Anyway some nerfing of mega pulse lasers and of apocs, with a boost to projectile guns generally should solve things. Tempest as a ship is fine, its the minmatar weaponry.

I am caldari char trained for minmatar equipment. I totally agree. Maybe the tempest was a bit too powerful before but geeze, I mean people talk about a nerf bat, and in rare cases there is mention of a nerf sledge hammer. What happened to the minmatar stuff really equates to a nerf wrecking ball.
Anyway some nerfing of mega pulse lasers and of apocs, with a boost to projectile guns generally should solve things. Tempest as a ship is fine, its the minmatar weaponry.

Crashing server every 2 h you say?
whuld be DAM good idea! 
and culd actualy get some response
after all - after zombies camp they did turn empire to carebear land  -------------------------------------------

Its only large projectiles and medium autocannons. Been running 720's on my Rupture just fine. 90% hit rate at least. Sure they don't hit frigates but thats not what they are made for. I get consistant hits of 160-260 with them against cruisers and battleships.
Large projectiles however seem to have a problem, they don't seem competative with lasers or hybrids. In fact, since the Tempest can't tank and does little damage at most ranges (they still work at 100km with 2 tracking mods, 2 damage mods and someone boosting you) I've switched over to a geddon, it tanks, and does extreme damage from 50km to 5km, never reloads, and switches ammo in 2 seconds.

If I may say, please don't ask for a nerf on Lasers or Apoc in order to make Tempest or Proj better. Initially, we got in this mess because non-minmatar pilots were overzealous and cried for a nerf on Tempest. CCP doesn't know how to fine tune, asking to nerf megapulses will result in nerfbat of all lasers and make Amarr Bs unfliable again...

3) the Projectiles need a bit of a tweak. Small autocannons track too slow to hit a normal frigate, and small artillery almost never hits a frigate. I admit most of my skills are below 3, but I doubt you should be needing a skill on V just to use these guns. (At leat my gunnery is V so I can hit half the time if I'm lucky).

What they need is their falloff put back to what it was so they can be the king of long balling again.
Although that is not quite the minmatar role which is "fast assault"
Fast assault has been handed to gallente with them being the king of short range.
I like the idea of each race having a role and doing that better than any other race.
Minmatar are a bit of jack of all trades, master of none. Not a good role in games.
