My current corporation, Late Night Research, is now up for sale.
 Price tag of 100m.
Caldari State standings are over 7 (IE, you can mount a POS in empire).
Please eve mail me with offers, if you are not the first I will still contact you back around what time I can expect to deliver a new corp.
Process:
I will be collecting half isk up front, to mitigate the risks of scamming.
Upon receipt of these funds, an alt will be accepted into the corp, and CEO role transferred by resignation.
Upon receipt of CEO role, remaining isk shall be transferred.
After 24 hours, my character will withdraw from the corp.
Recommendations:
 Use an alt with no caldari state standings to maintain the corp's status. Using a character with Caldari standing will result in the corp shifting towards your standings once I depart. This means you'll only be able to mount POS for a limited time.
Use an alt that's unconnected to your main in any way. This will lessen the chance of unsavory characters taking retribution on your POS for the actions of your main.

Additional thoughts:
If you would like to request a specific name, please try to eve mail it to me as soon as possible.
 I have a day job too. I'll try to be on each evening to check mail, or at least every other evening. As a US player, that means 23:00-4:00 ish EVE time, usually. Patch/server issues could cause unavoidable delays.

Haven't bumped this for a while.
I apologize to folks that were unable to purchase a corp a couple weeks ago. The first customer to EVE mail me didn't return my EVE mails, but I had no process in place by which to move forward. Live and learn 
Therefore, going forwards, I'm reserving the right to move on to another customer if I do not hear back from an individual for over 48 hours. Also, I've gone ahead and stacked a bit of a "corporate reserve" if you will, such that receiving multiple requests won't put me on the spot.

Certainly. Just mail me the corp name you'll want. You may have to wait for me to clear a current corp out of queue, so this option can take a bit longer than a stock corp (up to an added 7 days).
