One thing though, might want to say something about FA hunting passes, since in nearly all the others you mentioned whether or not they sell any kind of passes.

Just a side note,In WW 2 during German occupation all freedomfighters where called terrorist.
and after the war Freedom fighters.
Now you are calling CA pirates ... well thats only if we loose the war else we aree liberaters.
Is it hard to understand that CA is NOT a pirate alliance
but have some within?
You do not call USA a rogue country just because they have a few soldiers doing evil stuff, nor because there are criminals in USA do we call them that
And somehow i feel its a little the same in EVE politics
SO. If you dont wanna be on my (and ill do mine to it will be rest of my corp)KOS-list, then change the statement about :
Pirating: well yeah pretty much
cause you only see us gate camping in our defensive zones or offensive zones.
And remember if there is a war zone Everything without a NAP or are not belonging to CA will be shoot at, and thats NOT piracy, thats just how war are fought!

they are more of a militaristic alliance with bad PR and strong leadership.

well as long as you guys are actively having and supporting real pirate corporations(like corps who call themselves pirates etc), its sort of fair to call you guys pirates imo..
and your remark about us soldiers is stupid, because the US goverment pusnish there soldiers if they are being 'evil', i dont see you guys smacking Paladins of the red skull etc for pirating, advertising that there a pirate corp and working with TPS etc
if US however let there soldiers be 'evil' wherever they go in the world, and not prosecute thieves, murderers and what not, it woudl be fair to call them terrorist, piratical bunch of tarts, but they dont.. CA does ;)

JQA would first of all like to thank Leno for a great thread. Much needed in these days of confusion. We would, however, like to point out a few errors:
First of all, allthough we of course would wish it different, none of our systems contain Bistot. Furthermore, our two constellations are in Syndicate region. Claiming areas in Solitude (Concorde controlled) seems quite pointless to be honest...  The name you list under contacts ("Frankinator") is a local pirate and for some reason think he and his fellow pirates are the l33t haXx0rz when they pretend to be JQA. Unfortunatly there's not much we can do about that until Shiva comes out with the alliance system integrated in Eve.
Official known allies should be listed as 3rd Front.
