Im hear to ask a genuine question which I need to have clarified by the top brass. I will be contacting folks in game to get teh real low down but here's a feeler for my own benefit because I cannot get the info from your excellent post:
Who are the following:
DSMA
BA
Delve Alliance
Star Alliance
and what are their relationships to SA, FA and CFS ???
Any help would be great thanks

You happen to know where they can be found? ive hunted in a lot of places in FA, but havent seen any, except the Serpentis fleet that got their *** served on a platter
[EDIT] omfg, i remembered that Vexors are actually tagged Serpentis Drug Barons. So thats officially Serpentis faction

DSMA and Star Alliance are two alliances that operate primarily in the CFS area. BA is actually a corp named Black Avatar and are members of FA and help control the Querious region the Delve Alliance is a new thing, and from what i can gather is a possible new name for the 5-6 alliance which also operates in CFS space (specifically Delve region).
All these groups are friendly with FA, SA and CFS (with BA as a member corp of FA)

Just wanted to add another 'potential' alliance - altho I am not sure how official they are...
The Soul Cartel Alliance operates in the Providence region. They kill the unwary who wander into the territory unprepared. They sit astride one of the routes from Empire towards Catch/HED-GP and also operate in low sec Amarrian Empire space in systems such as Gemodi, Mamet, Misaba & Kheram.
We think they are an annex (or allies) of the Curse Alliance.
Member corporations include Celestial Cartel, Legion, Short Bus Stop Squad and possibly Hooligans of War.
MASS of Stain Alliance waged a recent war upon them and CVA corps such as PIE and Imperial Dreams are also hostile to them and patrol the 'Amarrian' area on occasion.
As I said above I am not sure how formal the Soul Cartel organisation is - or if they have made any real claim on territory but they do seem to have a reasonable number of member corps and numbers operating in Providence and the edge of Amarr space.
Maybe someone from there can fill you in with some more info...
