I played maybe 3 hours straight, and at some point mouse cursor disappeared. I do alot of alt tabbing since I started playing fullscreen again thanks to new graphics :)
How I got it to reappear on eve client: cmd-entering to windowed mode, then I drag my mouse to upper right corner (which brings widgets on screen, exposT thing) and voilß - cursor is back, then I cmd-enter back to fullscreen. It seems as disappearing is related to cmd-tabbing since after the cursor is resurrected, cmd-tabbing few times makes it disappear again.

I have Hiding set to On on my Dock. When I play EVE in Windowed (never play full screen), I sometimes get the issue you brought up, where the mouse vanishes. When I move my mouse down to the bottom of the screen, the Dock appears. If I drag the mouse from the dock to the EVE client window, without touching anything but the dock and the EVE client window, the mouse will reappear in-game. As soon as I move the mouse out of the game again, it vanishes, so I have to go back down to the dock to get the mouse to reappear.

Same here -- windowed player. Switching to full-screen and back fixes the problem for me.
