Wait you have a big hurf blurf thread about how the sleeper drops go against the grain of the game.
Also along those lines lets remove isk and LP bounties off missions and mission npcs. :) Your only source of loot will be the physical loot and the salvage. Since your goal is an entirely player driven market this will work out best right?

Before anyone tries to argue my "nerf missions" post I am simply pointing out how terrible of an idea this is. No need to get your CNR covered panties in a bunch. I have no desire to **** on your missions so long as you keep your grubby nerf screaming hands off my rats and sleepers.

Want an isk sink? Make people pay for protection in empire on a weekly basis if they lack required standings with the factions space they are in. I bet that would empty out trillions. You're completely free to not pay but you then get flagged and can be attacked by any tom **** and harry wandering about(Still lowers their sec status to attack you)
Granted this ****s all over the RP aspects of Concord but it not only gives people an incentive to move out to 0.0 if they aren't mission running(A thing CCP has stated they want) it also lets mission runners stay cozy in their homes just like always.
Characters under a certain age would be excluded from this.

It will empty out trillions in about one week while everyone grinds up their standings, then all will be back to normal.
So make standings degrade over time. Just because you helped a buddy out once a few decades ago doesnt mean he is there for you all the time forever unless he is either very easily abused or you are frank ****ing sinatra.
