More turrets, and a touch more pg for them. Oh and strip off excess midslots.... I want a proper amarr ship!
Well ok the midslots can stay, but Amarr ships should be able to carry the most turrets in each ship class.
All the spare slots on the cruisers and frigates should be upped to another turret. Maybe a 10% pg increase across the board?

The utility high slot fetish that CCP have for Amarr is astounding. Armageddon has a utility slot, punisher has a utility slot, executioner has a utility slot, maller has a utility slot etc.
Even the Arbitrator, who actually does have missiles (1) AND drones (1500 m3) HAS A UTILITY SLOT!
Bloody silly.

If they're so horny for utility slots, they should give the Amarr six turret slots and a seventh utility on the Maller... having a sixth highslot that does nothing much isn't a boon when other tier 3 cruisers have 6 weapon hardpoints and drone space to boot.

I didnt read it all.. but i think a wolfpack of 3x Retributions and 1x Wolf would definately kick some major ass. Sure 4 turrets, but next to shooting they can suck whatever ship they are attacking dry, cap-wise. -------

Amarr ships are forced to use utility modules like cap-suckers. All other ships have the Option to do so if they like.

Yeah amarr ships have more of a defined rol than other ships, but they are the flying warp sponges of the game they can soak up lots of damage. I think that's the amarr's advantage, they can engage and outlast and ship, they never have to reload ammo or anything, just properly armor tank. I was thinking since the amarr are defensive first then offensive, maybe another utility slot would be better than another turret slot ? *shrugs*

No drones please, thats gallente. We need 6 guns.

I just did little comparison.
I was kinda afraid of enyo vs retribution encounter. Now i've noticed that retribution has 11 slots overall, while enyo has only 9. Although its lacking a bit. Medslots are life, it is quite obvious that all frigates have mwd in their meds to do their work properly. With only one medslot retribution is doomed, it cannot hold the enemy ship in statis/warp, meaning that every target will run away after being slapped. And it is not balanced by 5th turret that could be deadly before warping out. Still comparing to enyo. Gallentean scum not only have 4 blasters and a (prolly) rocket launcher , they have a pesky drone to annoy every one. And more. The gallentean tackler can carry one heavy drone, which indeed can be very annoying. The damage that blasters do will surely breach shields, since amarrian ships have very low heat resistance. But to the point. Gallente have tackler and semi tackler in their fleet, while the Empire has only one tackler with 3 turrets and one launcher (these match), and one gunship, that is not really a gunship it was supposed to be. Either move that highslot down, or make another turrent hardopoint.
Retribution is outgunned compared to other ships for crying out loud. Blasters have way higher damage than lasers, and they have a launcher slot yielding another 10dmg/s :) -- Portfolio (currently .PL only) - nestor.art.pl

It's kinda annoying that we're basically spitting all over ourselves trying to get the utterly hobbled Retribution fixed, and not getting a shred of feedback from the devs about it.

I think that'd make things a little better. Amarr ships don't need new things like increased drone bays. they just need the stats to allow them to work as described.
