Anything under, eh, 1.5m SP gets a training speed bonus.
From what I understand, the bloodline stuff is now just fluff. You pick your stats and get some very minimal, basic skills. The training bonus is to make up for the skills new characters used to get.

So people that created a char after Apocrypha just lost 800k sp ?
And my 3rd char that have 1.1m sp don't have that boost.

not that *some* of that 750k is wasted on useless skills. but, yeah, is nice :)

Wasted 800k SP? I think not.
Apocrypha characters can fill those 800k with learning skills at 100% speed and I'd wager they would be ahead of the "package deals" after a few months . .without having skills they will never need and/or want.

they will only get ahead IF any significant amount of training is needed to match the old package. for instance i have a research alt on my main acct, 6ds of training and he flys a badger mk II (for pos fuelling) and 9 decently fast research slots. all out of the box + 6d of training, can a M10 toon match that? oh, an he has the 100% boost since he only has 900k sp or so...
