Hmm, maybe 50 mil for each T2 frigate, maybe 2 mill for every other frigate, 30 mil for the cruisers, and 100 mil for a BC, 10 mil for the destroyers, then counting clones and implants....
I figure about 700 mil due to PvP specifically. Probably another 200 mil due to betrayal where I lost everything except what was in my wallet. I was still fairly new to the game so I had less than 30 mil in my wallet at the time.
So about 900 mil, though that might be on the generous side.

Ship losses, probably 2 bil (griefwatch says 1.6bil from PvP) but then I got some insurance money.
Also probably lost a few hundred mil from buying stuff and instantly selling it for a loss.

Killboard says "Damage taken (ISK): 16B". Offcourse the killmails didn't used to show destroyed items (rigs), no implants on there, no insurance etc.
I'd say it will probably be more around 25bil.
But then again: "Damage dealt (ISK): 46.72B" 
This comes down to 1129 kills (813w/o pods/noobships) and 402 losses (284w/o pods/noobships).
Also ISK means nothing. It's all about the fights

about 1 billion on my main due to the fact i usually get my loot back
i prob lost about a billion across all my other chars aswell with ships and mods due to cynoin
so a couple of billion at most according to battleclinic i done about a trillion isk in damage so i don't feel 2 bad but i must admit i emo rage when i lose ships lol
my worse loss was a sin but it was due to a de - sync and ccp replaced it so not bad but my loss mail is on battleclinic to show my shame
..

I lost close to 200m nearly the same way. Tried to sell a stack of ships and typoed the price.

I think the three recons, cov ops and two BS in a week when fitted arazu's cost 250m+ and cov ops cloaks cost 60m certainly helped.

Spread over all my characters I'd estimate about 6 billion ISK loss from PvP only. Maybe another billion or so for assets I bought and later re-sold for less ISK (such as assets that I couldn't access anymore after losing space/outposts in 0.0 or items that lost their worth through nerfs or new FOTMs).
But it was worth it.

Estimate around the billion or 2. Forgetting T2 drones, to testing and losing command ships is a costly habbit of mine. I should move over to BS, those are at least fully insured when they pop compared to the T2 ships

In PVP maybe half a billion between my main and my alts, no one ever primaries me!!!! Although I am about to be in my first Cap ship so I am sure that figure will raise dramatically.  
As for losses to NPCs, well, I am doing really bad there...... Lost a pimped 'cepter to gate rats, a few pimped ravens in missions, and I can't even remember what else. Easily a billion or more (yeah, I suck at care-bearing). I have no clue how much I have lost in the market due to crazy spending habits and lack or patience! |

according to battleclinic 310 losses worth about 13 billion
edit: the moros I lost isnt there so add another 2 billion on top of that

in a minute in january 2009 lost 272 mil is in broker fee for a selling order mistyped (3 zero) 000 to much :)
272mil broker fee comapre to 272k that is the worst lose/time i had :)

Well, between 4 chars, I've lost.... about a 1-1.5 bil over a year of play.
Of course, I've also scammed people outta a lot (TY for the 3 Emergent Combat Analyzers for 1 ISK each whoever was selling 'em in devoid yesterday )
