Very strange that you have got to 70mil SP without cross training. I am beginning to cross train caldari atm, which will let me fly all cruiser hulls. After that probably missile support skills and Recon 5.

Primary Effect: 25% bonus to the strength of all Virtue implant secondary effects Its not a huge bonus. You can get away with fitting something else in the 6th slot (unlike snakes which have 200% bonus from omega so are mandatory).
