Look for "Ice Field" in the "Asteroid Belts" list (right-click menu in space).
Check out Ombey's Maps, the DOTLAN tactical maps, or various other resources which will show you which systems have ice belts.

Just a fyi: the only thing more boring than ice mining is (un)anchoring a POS.

be prepared...

not very profitable if you compare it to veldspar or even scordite mining.
I have both hulk and mackinaw with ice mining skills. Even using a mackinaw with appropriate skills strip 2's/crystals its better to mine common ore in a hulk instead if you are thinking about isk per hour.
The upside is that it takes less micro management. IE, roid cycling/targetting bookmarking etc.

Oh, what was I saying.... oh yes thats right....
Ice mining is a wonderful and exciting profession - if you want to watch TV.
You can set the ice harvesters to run and (usually, with a cargo extender) do two full cycles before you have to worry about returning to the station to empty the cargo hold. This will take approx 12 minutes, or about the time for a TV show to get fomr one ad to the next...
Dont worry about changing ice roids - for all intensive purposes they never run out.....
Or you can mine velsdpar,m whcih is more profitable, each roid empties in minutes, you can get a lot of ore in a hulk, and you can move from rock to rock, empty out entire belts, then systems, then regions.... and make huge wads of isk $$$....
Good luck making a choice... Its up to you what you want to do and how you want to play.... There is Never a right or wrong way to mine.... Except if your Chribba - then the only correct way is to give your Veldnaught to me... (please?)
