correction they were like 200 and about 45(not sure) were dsma (seriouly if I were outnumbered like that I would run)

Ok this is how things look like in Querious/Delve/Period Basis
Querious holds non CFS and CFS corps
Delve holds Star Alliance and CFS corps
Period Basis holds DSMA and CFS corps
All stations are keps by FA related corps.
Querious is defended by non CFS corps + CFS corps
Delve is defended by Star Alliance (all ex CFS)
Period Basis is defended by ? (there are DSMA corps there)

Several months ago, when I was a member and senator of CFS, we had started to rebuild cfs' navy. we were organized and starting to act like a force, even guarding a2.
The senate voted to expel an other alliance from PB for various reasons.
On the eve of the deadline, conrad and raindrop, some how stopped and then over turned a full senate decision.
That, as far as I was concerned, was the end of cfs. Most of the military left. My corp at the time was even BARRED from tpar station, another violation of cfs law and FA's so called rules.
The reason the action, in my opinion, was stopped, that FA didn't want one of it's best mining muppet friends kicked from the area and reduce it's profits.
Thus the cfs council, the lap dogs of FA they are, stopped it.

Not true. 9CG is controlled by my corp, Imperium Technologies. We are allies and friends with Black Avatar, which is indeed a FA corp. However, I again repeat, any number of FA, non-FA, CFS, non-CFS, neutral, unaligned corps are able to dock in 9CG. Many of these corps, including ASCI, are on 10.0 standing with IT, and therefore pay NO docking fees. Additionally, many of the same corps enjoy the privilege of an office in this station.

Don't take this the wrong way but 9cg is a cloning station. If 9cg were a refine station it would be the hub of activity in Querious and FA would need to own it but you would defend it of course.

That's probably very true and quite alright with us. We haven't owned 9cg for all that terribly long. And we didn't really have an office for very long before we owned the station. IT displayed a willingness and eagerness to assist in the defense of the region. We are privileged with BA's friendship and possession of the station.
I personally couldn't care any less who owns the stations in Querious so long as it's not CA and I can dock cheaply. IT's income doesn't come from the station and wouldn't even if we had exhorbitant docking fees.
