Is it possible to set up POS's in 'UNKNOWN' systems at the moons, as usual?
And if it is possible, can you start claiming sovereignty and planting a station at one point?

Nice, gives you a possibility to really use your POS to the optimal and ctually give a damn about planting ready ships in the POS-shield!
Looking forward to using this feature!

I recall that it isn't possible to mine moons in w-space though*, and you may have big supply difficulties with POS fuel. Good luck, and keep us posted!
* I suspect this may change in time...

Yeah it is possible to set up a tower, just supply can be hard.
BUT it seams that if you set up a tower the sites wont respawn. So we end up with less and less anomalies and signtures in the system.
Atm its just a feeling. I am interesting in hearing other opinions and experiences concerning POS set up in unknowen. Circle of Shadows - Recruiting now www.eve-cos.info |

resupply is easy, new WHs open daily, just have an alt in known space ready to come to that WH.
Respawns occur daily with a POS anchored or not.
2 facts brought to you by a CEO who has had a POS anchored in GloryHole space since patch day.

Edited by: Jowen Datloran on 18/03/2009 13:30:33 Oh the sites respawn alright, but according to normal exploration site spawning rules.
These state that when an exploration site has been completed or timed out it will respawn in a new location. This new location might be the system you are already in, but chances are much higher that it will be another system that you are currently in.
As such w-space exploration sites will have a tendency to congregate in systems where nobody is exploring and triggering them. Only when these dormant sites time out, will there be a small chance that they might respawn in "your" w-space system. ---------------- Mr. Science & Trade Institute
