Wow.
Just..
Wow.
Its a Badger Mk II. Its got all those mid slots for a reason.
Even a couple medium shield extenders and some hardeners would have saved it. (It doesn't make it invincible, but wow..for 13 bil you could have put it in anything other than an egg shell..)
I've got frigates that have more shield HP than the total on that badger that I use to transport small stuff.
(And I'm jealous..why can't stuff like that drop in my lap from time to time?)

i fly that exact fit in high sec.... and its not 13 billion... you fail at math...
30*3 for rigs is 90 million... its under 100 million.... for a t2 badger with rigs...
edit i fail..... didnt see the rigs he had in his cargo....

And the best part is that the stuff actually dropped. :)
Seriously though, if you get a cheap ship (such as a drake) and just scan random people on gates, you'll eventually get lucky. Probably not 13 bil lucky, but lucky enough.

So im the only person here that finds it a bit odd that they actually dropped.. I've gone through wrecks before and found nothing but t1/2 when the guys put up a great fight, and found in the killmail he had like 3 officer mods and they all blowd up!
