Ok, lol, so its been about 2 months, and everytime i try to play eve, i click on my client, and the eve art pops up and i wait for it to get to the login menu, it never comes, ive re dowloaded the client, and done about everything to try and fix it, and missed out on alot of training, and so far ive not seen anything on the forums about the same problem, basically, eve all of a sudden stopped working on my pc, and i am out of ideas, so ive come here finally to ask the eve community for help.
Any and all opinions will be appreciated, Sorum.

Hmm doesn't sound very promising at all to say the very least.
OK have you downloaded the LATEST version of EVE (Apocrypha)? because if you were using the classic client before Apoc. you will probably be best off just downloading a whole new client.
Now if you have done that, does your graphics card support at least Shader 2? If it doesn't the news is not good for you at this time & you are going to either have to get a better card OR better system with a better card, OR you can just go on not playing what you are paying for.
OK IF your card supports at least Shader 2 how much memory does your system have? It is recommended that you have at least 1GB of RAM but I know for a fact EVE will run with less it just doesn't run very well.
So you have the RAM and a card that supports s2 and the client still doesn't start, make sure the Shortcut is calling the client correctly by having a look at the command line in the short cuts property window. Sometimes they get stuffed up by accident and they are really very easy to fix.
IF they are also OK, I will dare to say that you might need to update ALL of your video/other drivers and then give it another go. If that doesn't work you are going to need to give us a whole lot more info about your system etc as the small bit of info you have given really doesn't tell us enough to seriously help.
Also I think there is actually a tech help forum on here which you would be probably better off posting in for help...

Did you play in windowed mode previously??
Try this:
1. Run eve in safemode
2. alt-enter to get back to full screen
3. quit game/continue logging in
4. ????
5. profit

Yeah i have done all of that, my PC supports much more then is needed, im stumped..lol

try to dig around and find any folders relating to CCP/EVE, in the user's appData folders. Get rid of them all and start from scratch. reinstall the latest build and make sure you firewall is not blocking it. if that doesn't work then it's possibly a problem with your sound card. i had something similar happen to me because of sound card/drivers issues.

Pretty sure i know what the problem is.
Make documents and settings "show hiddens files"
Go into C:/Documents and settings/USERNAME/local settings/application data/CCP/EVE/program files.
and delete your cache folder as it's got corrupt somehow.

The op's thread is tantamount to calling up a random doctor you picked out of the phone book then telling him you have a tummy ache and asking whats wrong and how to fix it over the phone.

Had something similar happen to me. It was a botched install. Uninstall the client and reinstall.

Well the guy was being a bit of a ****, and i wasent exactly being disrespectful, ntm i had disrespected anyone prior to his comment...and why would i be happy with what he wrote? you should just go away and keep your opinions to yourself as i havent done anything wrong here 
And i thank everybody else for there responses, the only thing i have not yet tried is finding the original cache and nuking it as it may be corrupt, im going to do that now and see what happens.

Thank you so very much, you had it right, deleting the ccp folder or uninstalling it was not enough, but once i got rid of the cache and then re installed it finally worked, now im off to abuse the new skill training que system
