I was casually browsing Battleclinic, stumbled across my own kills and saw that all my kills from the Test Server are on display there also. Is it supposed to be like this?

Yes, if some morons without brain and with big e-peen consider that these killmails are valuable and legitimate to be posted in a normal killboard.

Hmm, but I've ever posted those kills anywhere. Can it be that some API bound killboard (or whatever) has posted the automatically? Then they ended up on Battleclinic?
Edit: Can the people that lost the ship also post it and it would show up on BC?

Battleclinic is pretty terrible. Stick to using official and reputable killboards.
