Top level leadership has remained consistent through its entire history. Having its roots in Earth and Beyond (EA - MMORPG) the corporation has successfully made the transition from one virtual world to another and continues to grow and evolve. SIZE AND EXPANSION Currently the MM corporation has a roster rapidly approaching 350 Members. MM Management has trained Empire Control so therefore this corporation has room immediately for up to 1100 members without any delay or additional training. Number of corp members online at one time during gameplay is usually between 25-65 members at the present time. COMPOSITION MM as a corporation in comprised of all races in the eve universe and is not a specific role corporation. Our divisions are full of builders, miners, researchers, military, diplomacy, hunters and intelligence players. MM is not persay a role-playing corporation but does welcome role-players to our ranks as well as hard core gamers. CORPORATE HIERARCHY AND DIVISIONAL BREAKDOWN CEO - Taladorn The CEO of THEMM serves our corporation in a variety of roles. Those role consist of but are not limited to Diplomat, Administrator, Recruitor, Arbritor and Political Leader. EX.OFFICERS - Femintaki / Karnov DIRECTORS - Mon Pelae / Demos Q algryph / Sienn The board of directors serve as a council in the MM command structure but all of them in addition wear additional offices in the front lines, serving in production, research, mining, diplomacy and military operations. They are also expected to serve on the NORAD Council as MM represenatives and are part of the policy creation arm of this corporation. Directors in THEMM are members that are fully capable of taking over the running of this organization should our current CEO be incapacitated or ever step down. [Military Division] FLEET COMMANDERS - Cabadrin / Zipcord FLEET OFFICERS - WING COMMANDERS - Lizardo / Shadinax Currently The MM has a dedicated group of pilots who support the NORAD military. Our operations are focused on Norad Defensive Operations, a small empire war and acting in concert with our NCA Allies in the Northern 0.0 War known as EWW1 (Eve Wide War 1) While not a PvP-centered corporation, we support allied military operations and have some very accomplished pilots. The MM fleet fields multiple dozens of battleships, many cruisers, and countless frigates. As such, we are able to offer a diversified fleet for any encounters. The MM members are encouraged to work their way steadily into a ship class they feel comfortable in. Pilots of all classes are welcome to participate in mining operations, scouting, fleet engagements, or mission running. The MM fleet consists of both full time PvP pilots and part timers who enjoy other aspects of the game as well. Never think that your skills are to lacking to be of use in military operations, even a few frigates with scrambling and jamming capability can turn the tide of a battle in the Eve Universe so ALL pilots are prized in our corporation. [Mining Division] As a part of The MM organisation you gain access to countless 0.0 asteroid belts and the ability to participate in corporate mining ops that help subsidise our less rich membership. This helps them acquire the newest modules, weaponry and ships at a much faster pace and this benefits the corporation and the individuals. You also are able to mine on your own or with groups of fellow MM or allies in these regions using your own method of ore distribution. In empire the MM mining operations usually weekly host massive mining ops where we pick one isolated empire system that is not frequently mined and concentrate our efforts there as a mining group. These operations usually donate a substantial portion of the mined ore to the corporation for use in our military operations. Things such as producing a disposable frigate and cruiser fleet around the eve universe for military operations. Proceeds from this type of operations are also used to stock MM ammo depots. MINING ADMINISTRATOR - Mining Officers [R and D Staff] The MM has a number of accomplished scientists within its ranks and many are researching with faction RandD agents with a view to obtaining Blueprints for advanced technologies. Corporation members have already had some success in this highly specialised area and the Corporation has many Research facilities throughout the EVE universe for our scientists to use for improving the effectiveness of our BP assets by undertaking both Production and Material efficiency. Lizardo	Posted - 2004.08.19 08:40:00 - [13] I did not belong to MM in EnB...was a well known reptile on pegasus, where they did not operate... but I did have a chance to meet some of the leadership when they came slumming after galaxy transfer became active, found that their philosophy of play was not too different then my own, and have been rather happy to see my guildies from EnB prosper in MM here.

Just watch out for the Dual Charisma implants, once you've seen those you can never leave! Please stop being a third rate flamer,I am tired of reactivating my account just to kick your ass.
