breaking lock and AFTER that dampening them

cant take too long to simply change a skill?

Overhauling the EW system has been delayed a number of times. It will include changes to the skills since the change is taking the EW from being absolute (either you jam or not) to probability (you most likely will jam, but he might get through a couple of times).
It's a post-Shiva thing, but as usual good comments in between and will be taken into consideration when the time comes.
i read the posts, but still it has nothing to do with chaning the actual skill from duration to cap usage

mhh even my bb can run a full set of multies for a long time, a scorp can dampen and jamm for a long long long time ^^
