Unsol will be hosting a pre meet reception Friday night from 6-8pm in the Paris hotel. Yes in Unsol style it will be open bar. Yes free drinks and food if you think you need to eat and drink.
We will put up an RSVP site so we can plan on the number of ppl. Should be in one of the wine rooms right near the Bar the official kick off is starting at 8pm. All are welcome. I'll update this with how to rsvp and exact details in the next month or so.
Should be fun, be ready to get your drink on!!

I'm a vegas local (or more accurately, stationed in vegas.. Creech AFB.) I'm gonna try to leave for those three days to try to make it to EVEVegas. It'd be my first out-of-eve gathering, so, it should be loads of fun! |

I might add that as a long time WH Dweller and resident of Vegas, I find that if one is comfortable living in one then you most likely will be in the other. Living in Vegas is much like a wormhole; hide your valuables, treat everyone as a hostile until proven otherwise and many of the women are really men. Have Fun |

Ok i have a silly question....the $250 tickets in the description is noted (Dev Flights and Hotel)...Is that a flight ticket and hotel stay for the person buying the ticket or is that going towards flying the Developers out and putting them up in hotel ?
Im thinking of buying a ticket ....and if it does not cover my flight and hotel then i need to get on the ball and oreder my flight and hotel reservations right away.

You might want to get on the ball and order your Flight & Hotel accomodations right away. It's my understanding your ticket doesn't cover your travel or lodging expenses. It covers the organizational and Developers' travel expenses, schwag, etc.,
As a local I can tell you that booking conference rooms at any of the premiere casinos on the strip is fairly expensive, especially on a weekend. |

Thats a good question...I saw something that talked about Thursday , and also 3 hours on Saturday but the event info stated Friday 7pm and Sunday 4pm.
Ill so be there just bought the tickets and bought the flight tickets from CA.....Will search for better hotel deals since i wont spend much time in the hotel :O) |

When are the CCP guys getting in?
If their plane tickets were bought already, then if someone lets us know we can plan for it.
I'd really like to buy my plane ticket tomorrow and then buy my room and event ticket tomorrow as well afterwords. |

Thursday is a non official locals event for people who live in vegas or are flying in early.
The official event kicks off at 8pm for the pub crawl/club crawl
We will be going from about 10am saturday till you pass out from the open bar
Sunday I plan to finish up by 2pm so people get make flights |
