if u bothered to read his previous post u mite see that he's referring to the bpo's attribs EG what stuff u need to build it and what skills to build/copy/research....
Unless the market shows this info now

I am not aware of a BPO for a Hawk being held by Zeranna, although I have been out of town. I will look into this first thing tonight. *If that is the case there will be no sale*

Awww...and here i was pooling my guys trying to get 2.5 billion together for ya. If he does in fact have it, mail me so we can swap for some cheetah bpcs or something.
