Yep, Titans are going to be veeery rare.
If you read the chronicle story about titans, youll see that the amarr empire only has about 3 of them total... And the Amarr Empire is the largest one in the game

The devs stated a while ago that even with all the isk from every single player in game combined, they could not afford a titan. And consider the fact that a titan bpo costs at least 10x as much as a titan itself

Alliances could have 500 billion, but not corps . And also, all the isk from all the players will easily be in trillions, and we all know titans won't cost that much.
