If you want to go more towards the center there's Radisson SAS, probably the most expensive one in Reykjavik, but also Plaza and Baron which are a bit cheaper. Or you can check for hostels as there are quite a few of those around. You can also do some research on Google, maybe search "Hostels Reykjavik" and "Hotels Reykjavik". My suggestion would be to find a few different places that you like and come back and ask if anyone has stayed there and what they thought. The Fanfest access pass was 75 USD last year, correct me if I'm wrong, and if it changes for this year it'll still remain around that number. It definately does not cover the jeep tour, spa and shopping trip and the Fanfest party, if you were to arrange and pay for those things yourself.
