oops sorry i forgot to look at the computer that i got the info off of in a hurry cleaning while checking forums and stuff the mac i am using now is the older mac book black version with i think x something or other ill try to find it its an intel but i forget the specs

Ya I just tried it, also when ever i do Fbo to N it doesnt have sound or anything, but when I leave it at yes then there is sound, and the mouse can interact and I see little white starts on the screen.

Alright. I'm going to upload Cider 2289 in a bit for you to play with. It may not work though, since 10.4 isn't supported in the first place.
In the mean time, what were your hardware spacs?

Cider 2289, use at your own risk.
In the current EVE Online app bundle, you'll need to replace the Frameworks and MacOS folders, along with PkgInfo and version.plist. Inside of the Resources folder you'll need to replace everything except the Transgaming folder.
I tested this quickly and it should work, but if it blows up in your face, I warned you.

Here's my thing.
I just want a response from CCP that says...
A. We are aware of the issue
and
B. Even though EVE worked on your Mac previously after the last patch, your hardware/software doesn't meet our minimum specs. (essentially, to bad)
or
C. We know EVE worked on your Mac previously after the last patch and we are looking to figure out what caused this issue so we can possibly correct it.
That's all. Nothing more, nothing less.
Just tell me if I need to drop 2 grand for a new Mac Pro, or $150 for OS 10.5, or if I should just wait till it gets fixed.
Once again I can play, although very laggy, even in a tweaked config file EVE, but tweaked or no teak, once I change shader options/graphic options, my screen goes white.

The answer would be B. They've already said that they're not going to specifically work on making it work on currently unsupported hardware, or 10.4. Any fixes are incidental from fixing bugs on supported hardware and OSs.

Hey I downloaded the dl, but I am having problems locating where those files are that I need to change.

Crack open the EVE app bundle (right-click and show package contents). The rest of it should be pretty self explanatory from what I've previously written.

Alright good news.
Plunked down the cash for 10.5 and everything works now. Including running both accounts at the same time with tweaked config files.
