All you have to do in order to contribute is state why you love this HAC and what improvements you'd make to it given the opportunity.

I think it's awesome that a proper armor fit can hold its own as well as a Domi... and a proper shield fit can completely leave the Domi stats behind.
I'd like to see a better balance of resistances though. It's totally awesome against Kin/Therm NPCs like Serps and Guri. But it's hosed against any Exp/EM.

Versatility... does alot of things very well. Medium hybrid bonus is useless though

I also like the versatility and that it's just a hot looking ship. Born as a brawler, mutated into a nano, now trying to find it's identity again... but in the hands of a skilled capable pilot just as dangerous as a Vaga.
I would like moar cpu in order to make the high slots truly effective.

Can do plexes, can shield and armour tank, can snipe and brawl. Wub my ishtar with its happy smile.

ishtar is like a redneck.... it does everything.... shield/armor/nano - mum/sister/cousin...

About one more month and I'll be able to fly my Ishtar! I could've been in it by now but I knew I would try to fly it without the appropriate skills so I decided to train those first.
Just waiting a few more days for Assault Ships 4, ten days for Weapon Upgrades 5, and then the month or so to train Gallente Cruiser 5 and the HAC skill to at least 4.
I plan on using the Ishtar for pvp and mission running, I'll be able to armor and shield tank it, whatever I might need. It looks good on paper, and seeing you guys talk good about it makes me feel even more excited about flying this one of a kind ship.
