I found the same contract by searching by the guys name.
It's got the same attributes as a T1 Rig, BUT it doesn't have the note on it stating that it can't work on caps like the normal one does. But I can't find it on market, either as a rig, or as a Blueprint.
Bug? Something CCP's put in on internal testing, but somehow got out?
What I want to know, is where/how the seller got it?

Wasn't there a discussion to introduce different sized rigs for small, medium, large and capital ships?

CCP. Could we get clarification on this?
Is this something new? is this a hold over from some bug in the past. was this a current bug? Was this some bug/scam with market?

Here's some clarification - it's a fake. An obvious one, at that. Look at contracts posted by the issuer, and there's nothing like this there.

If it was a photoshop, then when I looked his name up in game, and pulled up the contract, why did it allow me to click on the info button and pop up the info on a capital one? It disapeared from contracts about 5 min later, but it was there.
