THAT's trolling
Space flight in SWTOR is Starfox with better graphics... It doesnt GET more linear than that

Well I am a pirate because I chose to become a pirate/suicide ganker. The game allows it because its a part of the sandbox. Watch some fanfest. CCP will tell you flat out, we are not going to lie, eve is hard, eve is a sandbox because you can do whatever you want with unlimited gameplay. There is no end goal because just like in RL nobody knows what their end goal is. They just keep doing what they like doing until they find something else they like doing. The fact you need a game to hold your hand the entire time just means you have a closed mind. I mean really open your mind. But even CCP on their website now shows most of the possible things you can become in eve you can do. Pretty sad your that dense. |

Pretty much everyone is a space pirate. Your only other options are mining/industry, exploration, or running a corp/alliance. And many of the original computer games just went on and on with no real goal, but i wouldn't call them sandboxes.
EVE is a great game, but a 'sandbox' it isn't. You fall into one of the defined roles and perform them within the confines of what the game allows. "It's no use crying over spilt milk, because all the forces of the universe were bent on spilling it." ~William Maugham |
