I couldn't help but notice that your prices are upwards of 400% markup over production costs. Will you be readjusting your offering to reflect the new t2 component price drop (hypers are 1/3 of what the were pre-dominion) and other factors? Or will you wait to be forced by the market to readjust?
On that note, take bistot 2s for example - your list price is almost 2 times that of the current Jita market price. Arkonor crystal price is blatantly manipulated, probably the same for the rest of the low end crystals. Maybe its time for some competition.

Well it looks to be a scam as all those who have posted as buyers in this thread appear to be alt characters.
Looking at the market prices it would suggest that Lord XSiV is correct. Hopefully the inventors will get back into this market to bring the prices back within reason.

(I am not sure why it would be considered trolling when it is obvious most of the posts in the thread are from alts or one man corps. Also wouldn't that be circumventing the forum posting rules?)
Looking at the market prices it would suggest that Lord XSiV is correct. Hopefully the inventors will get back into this market to bring the prices back within reason.
Well after a long heated market battle over bistot 2 crystals today, the price is now down to a reasonable level hovering at about 270k. I also see that the price this retailer is posting has been adjusted to 320k which is still far above market value.
Being Grand Puba and King of the Hill People, I think that this is still not good enough. The production costs off my bpos for bistot are just under 100k per unit, so there is no reason fledgling miners risking their hulks in the coldness of 0.0 space should have to endure being fleeced by risk averse market traders getting their wallets fat in Jita. To this end I will bring bistot 2s back to 225k/unit as I had done earlier this year and will maintain it as long as required.
Additionally I have spoken to some other bpo owners about the state of the market, and to my surprise most have them have just been inactive not producing product thus allowing unscrupulous profiteers to over inflate crystal prices. None of the morally upstanding bpo owners find this situation acceptable (most of them were ex-miners themselves and know the pressure 0.0 miners are under) and are willing to rid eve of this glutinous extortion. We will be actively returning the market to a fair state in the new year and expect prices to be in the > 300k/u for High Ends, > 200k/u for Meds and > 100k/u for lows.
If anyone would like to participate as a producer, feel free to contact me in game. Please keep in mind that at these prices it will not be viable for most invention based producers but some of us have massive stockpiles of bpcs that could be used for manufacturing. As well any 0.0 alliance looking for bulk orders at these prices to supply their personal, send me a mail.

Kunoichi - we are unsure if the 2 of you worked together in the past or you are just a "victim" of the situations, but as we stated earlier we respectfully decline your order. We are not intending to change our position in this case. We are also sure Lord XSiV will be happy to help you with this quantity. He was the one we referred to as your other source. If the reasons of our decision are not clear to you, please, consult with Lord XSiV, he will be able to assist you with the answers.
Regarding your other question - as you know the market is continuously changing. We try to follow the market up- and downturns to be competitive, so we constantly update our prices. Orders - assuming they are to be processed - were always completed at those price levels, which were actual whenever the order was placed, no matter how the market changed. However, we are not willing to go into a pointless discussion like this.
Lord XSiV - seems you prefer forum posts instead of face-to-face discussions, so let us also answering your questions here. However, we would like to point out in advance that Moderators are not a part of our team. Question 3 - Another damn good question. I would recommend to contact the players who placed orders with us in the past months. There are some pretty well known pilots too. If you need some sort of a support to identify them, please do not hesitate to let us know.
Finishing the topic we really hope we could get all of your questions answered.

Why yes I think it is most appropriate to have such things completely out in the open. Might I be given permission to post the chat log of our conversation where you were trying to convince me that you had some 'cartel' going to fix the prices of t2 mining crystals? I distinctly remember you claiming to have several bistot 2 bpo owners 'involved' which after a few inquiries was blatantly false. Looking at the other t2 crystals it became quite clear that your outfit was clearly an 'invention' producer and relied upon manipulation of the market. Normally this would be quite successful until one of the bpo owners became active again and took notice...

After adjusting your pricing as a response to my post about 'challenges' and the current pricing (which you had inappropriately deleted by mod), I actually referred Kun to you since my own stock was being used to fend off market manipulators and malicious inventors such as yourself. Yes we have been in the same corp in the past (GRD is an industrial corp going back to the GBC days) as miners but that is the extent of our relationship.
Your blatant refusal to fulfill Kun's order makes it quite apparent that you do not stand behind your pricing or product availability. Further investigation into posters in the thread claiming to be 'customers' reveals that the majority have a direct association with your affiliate corps. It would be safe to assume that your operation is shady at best as apparent from the latest examples of your business practices. The community has a right to know this factual information and regardless of your 'moderator' influence to oppress this information, the word will be spread.
As I stated in the post that you had deleted by a mod, my playing time now consists of looking out for the best interests of miners. In fact, it is well known that last year I dropped the hammer and brought bistot 2s down to 225k p/u - a price below cost at the time because a number of 'retailers' were manipulating the market. Extortion actions from manipulation schemes hurt the mining community and I will continue to champion the charge against unscrupulous entities.
The questions I had asked, you made an attempt to answer and I have further clarification questions:
1. You claim to have no 'blacklist' (wouldn't that be considered a racist statement?) and products are available to 'everyone' yet how do you explain your refusal to fulfill Kunoichi's order or even honor the prices you had posted? How many other orders were made that you refused? Wouldn't it be difficult for the community to know if you are having a moderator delete any post you deem inappropriate?
2. What about the crystals I don't sell? It is quite common knowledge that I do sell bistot 2s, but I don't involve myself with any of the other t2 crystals. How do you explain the price differential for say Arkonor 2, which at your list price is over 60 times the cost for invention and production?
3. Do you have any neutral unbiased customer references? We couldn't find any in our investigation.
And one last thing, can you confirm or deny that this operation is in fact the industrial arm of an 'elite hungarian pvp corp' as one of your affiliates has claimed? Should corps that I have been affiliated with (and there are a lot since I did standings as a business) be concerned?
Many questions - hopefully the community will get the opportunity for some answers.
