Hell got more fun with Astarte blaster cookie cutter then with T3 ships. Granted normaly you would fit it better then SiSi ( only T2 fits avalible ), but regadless. Anyway - GZ on second kill.

How to PVP: 1. buy ISK with GTCs, 2. fit cloak, learn aggro mechanics, 3. buy second account for metagaming

For starters, anyone who played with them on SiSi already knows they're somewhere between a HAC and a CS as far as pure combat effectiveness goes, and if the market for them doesn't change significantly anytime soon (which I sincerely doubt it will) they'll be about as awesome a replacement for a zealot in a gang as a paladin is for an apocalypse. Meaning they're entirely not worth the cost just to be an insta-primary. I realize that, being a cruiser hull, they'll be significantly more capable for solo PVP, but given their cost and rarity most people would rather blob onto a killmail than get a good fight (which is true for the majority of fights even now). I s'pose if the proposed bubble-immunity subsystem (a horrible horrible idea) goes through it'll make it a 0.0 roaming machine, but still not overly combat capable compared to HACs/CSs, especially when you factor cost into the equation.

I was one of the first to fly the Absolution and tbh i didnt feel any different. Seems to me that they dont actually offer anything different just a way to personalise. It also seems to me that the how sigari fitted it - might aswell have brought an Astarte.

I overload my hardeners and rep, receiving an outstanding 94/92/95/94 resist to Armor, and my rep blisters at 942 rep/cycle. My cap dries up and I overload my cap booster for another hit. Losing armor quickly and patience even faster, I shout in my mic "HEY! WHERE ARE YOU GUYS?" and continue attempting to keep whatever kind of tank/dignity I have left. I check my overview... what can I take down in the next 30 seconds? Nothing. Frigs are too far off, my drones are being picked off and I'm running out of options. What can I do? Voice is dead silent. Nobody is saying anything and I shout out loud "TO HELL WITH PLEXING" and my ship explodes. It seems to me that you should change corp. If your teamates are ignoring you when in danger then perhaps is time to leave or kick them out (depending if you are a member or the CEO)
