I have no idea what NPCs do there. Siigari was not inside a plex (we tackled him on acc gate) and i'm not aware that T3 ships can even enter them, except unrestricted plexes.
He definetly was on full shields when the fight started. Also, as said, KM is buggy as hell. 700pts with drake? eh?

I was present for this fight and I must congratulate the Caldaris for an excellent kill.
BUT.. I must also vent my annoyance at CCP for releasing these fancy T3 ships and then not putting them on anyone's overview. I would have fought much more aggressively had I known the Proteus was actually there, rather than popping a dessie and some noobship while I ran out to 200kms and just sat there like an idiot. I know I wasn't the only person who had this problem, and didn't even know it until later.

Siig likes to PVP in expensive ships. Or, at least, with crappy performance/price ratio. People flame him for that, I don't know why... I thought that's the whole point of PVP, to put your money where your mouth is, and RISK something.
He lost a T3 ship while unable to fight back. He probably got the ship back after a petition, then he went ahead and put it into another fight right away, and lost it again, properly this time. From where I'm standing, that's admirable, not boo-worthy.
Yes, it was not the best ship for the job. Yes, maybe he also supplements his expensive but not performant tastes with GTC sales. WHO CARES ? Oh, wait, some of you seem to, for some weird reason.
I could understand if he was ganked, cried about it like a little b***h, got it back and never undocked it again, now that would have been pathetic. But no, he gets it back because he didn't get a chance to fight with it, then goes ahead and DOES fight with it, subsequently losing it.
I fail to see anything wrong with that picture.
Siig, keep going, at least YOU are having fun.
