Just letting people know, if you're planning to use an Osprey to do some ninja mining, there's a huge showstopper bug: if you eject from the ship to say, board a hauler to haul the ore, when you board the Osprey back you will lose the mining bonus.
I haven't tested this on a Scythe as I can't fly them, but at least for an Osprey that's what you get. So if anyone is like me and they keep a hauler in a safe spot and haul the ore with it, don't use an Osprey/Scythe. I learned this the hard way  .
I don't know exactly why it does that, but when you board the ship back it acts as if you have only cruiser lvl 1, so you lose 60% mining output (if you have lvl 4 like me). Might as well use a frigate to mine then  . Also, logging out and back on doesn't seem to fix it.

have you tried turning the lasers off, then putting them back on?

Yes I have, I mined for a bit and the advertised miner2 yields were just a bit over 100, and that's what I was getting. I tried warping to a new system, logging on/off, etc. Only thing that worked was docking at a station and changing ships. Not very useful if you want to change ships in space though.

Good to know.
I wouldn't be surprised if this problem shows up on other secondary bonuses as well.

Happened to my osprey, yeild went from 129 to 83, and its like "wtf?" i ejected, and went back, no good, so i relogged, and worked

Yes, I sent a petition mail under Gameplay - Ships & Modules. No answer yet, but hopefully it'll be noticed and fixed, it can't be that hard to fix.

Send that petition 4-5 days ago and still no reply. Hopefull ythey will work it out cause when ninja mining crok and bistot every unit makes the difference.
