119 DPS tanked (Everything including AB is cap stable), this is example against serpentis. Enough tank for any mission and loads of damage 
However, given your skills, here's an alternative. I still recommend the booster (it was 10mil last I checked, so if it's shot up in price obviously ignore this), and you can simply sell it when you're done with it.
Of course, switch out t2 with named as appropriate with your skills. Still permatanks plenty of DPS, and does ~400 DPS with max skills.

If you haven't already, download "Eve fitting tool", and upload your character's skills with these fits. Make sure you can tank about 100 DPS and do at LEAST 200 DPS. An afterburner is recommended due to the short range of artillery.
