That's about 6 hours of L4 missions for me. Why'd you wait so long before you realized you needed all that ISK?

Begging in the NPC corp channels or Jita might help.

l4 missions are the fastest way, it takes me about 8-10 hours to grind out that much isk. l3 missions in a drake takes about 200/6 hours.
If you don't have a battleship etc, then the fastest thing is to team up with a l4 missioner and salvage for him or her. You can knock down 8-10m an hour that way if you're splitting profits with him, much more if he's just letting you tag along.

im going to avoid the vague answers that most of these guys are posting and jump straight to one of the best ways to acquire that kind of isk very quickly, learn exploration. i do radar sites, and three low-sec sites will get me that(if they are good sites). the better your exploration skills the faster you will find them, the faster you find them, the more you can farm them....and the rest is self explanatory. best sig ever:)

Scam someone for a PLEX in Jita local, kill two birds with one stone?
(Not that I necessarily agree with this practice but it is apparently allowed, and solves your problem)

Damn, what kind of radar sites are you talking about? I don't make nearly that much on the low-sec sites I'm finding.

but for isk, I now play poker as my main income. I started with 100m deposit and have grown it to a tidy sum. I have played in and won pots worth in the billions.
I now pvp and explore for fun and rat/mission when I need sec status.

Go to amarr space lvl 4 hub with a salvage ship and a probe launcher, and ninja salvage all those lovely melted caps and armor plates. Sell and profit.

Just did an Angel Extravaganza yesterday night. Just the bounties and the salvage (including the bonus pocket) was around 50-60 million ISK. And as a guess I will make a few 10s of millions more when I sell the loot. The whole mission took around (including salvaging) 1.5 hours in a command ship.

Best tip I can give is to focus on killing stuff quickly and salvaging faster.
When you get missions that have decent asteroids in them, call in your mining friends and ask them for a split of the profit (eg: 5%) as a spotter's fee.

Exploration ! Highest Ive earnt in hisec is about 75mil from a Radar site and 250mil from a Combat Plex. If you can, get in 0.0 as the most Ive made from a single complex was 1.25bil, but usually average around 200mil.

You can rat in null security space with two accounts and two BCs.
First BC should be tank and gank, at least 200 rated tank, and as much DPS at 50km as you can squeeze out.
Second BC should be tank and salvage, at least 100 rated tank, and as much drone DPS as you can squeeze out, to assist your main BC. Two tractors is fine, and as many salvagers as you prefer. Also, fit a target painter to help out while you're on grid with the first BC.
Fit both with cloaks, anchor GSCs in a null security system with no stations, and rat rat rat rat rat rat. Loot EVERYTHING but cap booster charges.
Haul out your loot in a blockade runner when you've accumulate approximately 10k m3 of crap.
What do I make on average? 25-75 mil/hr depending on competition for the belts, incoming reds, and luck of the draw on salvage and drops.
I usually rat for about six hours at a time when I do this (strike when the iron is hot, aka when the belts are good), and I come out with bounties around 75mil, loot around 100mil, and salvage around 75mil. That's average of 41mil an hour.

Get a loan, put your ship/ites up as collateral. ...

One Faction battleship rat in Nullsec and there's your 200M, mate. Less than 5 minutes is the answer.

Ugh -.-
Anyway, I think getting a loan from friends/corpmates is probably the only way to be certain, I don't think you should go to low/nullsec on such short notice. Random bad things can happen there that would nullify the entire endeavour.
Grinding level 4s should probably be practical though.

since apparently you are employed, just work one extra hour at work and buy a GTC. Voila! you don't have to grind lvl 4's for 10 hours or however long it takes
