Why did CCP remove the "flame jets" from the pods in this expansion....everything got alot beter looking and all that but the pod's got worst I would like to see the "jets" brought back on the next patch if possible anyone else feel this way?

I miss those little correctional thruster animations as well.
Why DID they take them out?

They are aware of it, yes I among others have filled a report. Well I filled a pertition first and got my answer there

I agree, need the jets on it. Just doesn't look right without it.

Like an ancient vehicle that humans once drove on Earth, the Pinto, pods were having an increasing and disturbing tendency to explode violently, and killing the pilots unnecessarily. Pod techs traced the problems to an exhaust vectoring issue, where the flames from the pod's propulsion units were backfeeding when outside stimuli was introduced. To combat the problem, a tiny gravity drive was installed in the pod that could replicate the same warp drive and propulsion abilities as the previous motion capability systems.
Ship techs are looking into installing the same gravity drive systems on ships, but have thus far only managed to collapse the ship into a wadded ball of metal that resembles a crumpled piece of paper. Initial reports indicate that the varying sizes of the ships requires a precise formula to induce the correct amount of gravity required to move the ship. This formula varies not only for each class of ship, but for the design and mass of each individual ship as well.
Propulsion technicians also issued a press release stating that they cannot find their beloved cat, Boots, who was last seen in the vicinity of a test spacedock, and are offering a reward for his safe return.
