Thats just wrong, and you should know it. A full array of Beams will suck your cap dry in no time if dont use like 5-6 Cap-Items. lasers use on amarr ships only about 20% more cap (my used 18 cap, compared to 11 with rails, i was flying a gallente ship  )

yeah tempest was pretty ok, 1400er were a bit ³ber before patch, now tempest is still ok, but projectiles suck since thy have lowest DOT, and crappy tracking
