Will we have live streams for the qualifiers this time?

Can You PLEASE tell me where or when can we SING UP FOR THE TURNAMENT? I've been rereading this a few times but cant find any info on that....

Any ship rebalancing before the AT... please? How do you estimate chance of appearance on TQ of following things before AT starts:

1) Global ship rebalancing (like you already plan on frigates)
2) New modules (adaptive armor hardeners, fueled SBs, micro jump drive and so on)
3) Tracking disruptors disrupting missile damage

Also, will top 4 teams from previous AT skip pre-qualifiers (like on AT IX)?

Streaming it, even without commentary, is awesome!

That said: would it be technically possible to allow 3rd parties like Eve Radio or New Eden Radio to comment (from the comfort of the commentator's own home)? So you'd send the video signal to the commentators, they rebroadcast (either to you or to the internet) with their commentary?

This has to be a typo:

"3. All competing pilots must have been members of the alliance for which they are competing for from the date that signups close. For Alliance Tournament 10 this means that pilots must have been a member of their alliance before downtime on May, 05, 2012."

I love how you guys don't permit B or C teams, but then setup the tournament in such a way that you guarantee that exactly that will happen. All anyone has to do is drop their selected B and C team members out of their alliance and into an alt alliance by May 5th. Nothing CCP does or says will be able to prove that those alt alliances are alts. Nothing. You have created a system that forces you to declare something you can't really prove or to ignore it, making the rules pointless. You guys have a gift for setting up stuff so that cheating is inevitable.

This would be awesome - is this something you will be able to do? When the videos are uploaded to YouTube, is it possible to have multiple audio streams there as well?

How will this stand in relation to the proposed Micro Jump Drive module (assuming it'll make it into Inferno)? Will you allow it?




Any of that is awesome - assuming you can get the video and audio to sync up to a reasonable degree (it doesn't have to be perfect but a 10 second delay is probably too much, for example).

I'd assume it'd be allowed as it's supposed to be an untargetted jump 100km straight forward with a long activation. Considering the arena is 250km across and you can't really stop moving, it sounds like a very risky and exciting module to gamble on.

Since your ignoring this I'll also ask, are we fine as we are entering both the Red Federation and the Blue Republic or do we need to create a new single RvB alliance?

Would other teams with similar specific concerns be able to contact you via some official channel to discuss it?

Not getting a direct pass over quali sounds fair and all, but does top 4 get spot in the qualis at least, or do you intend to put Darkside, Razor, Outbreak and HYDRA into the hat with the chance of having best teams out of the entire tournament, with the winners unable to defend their championship?

I realize there is the auction also, but it is only limited places and who ends up getting the ticket that way is uncertain, especially if you add 4 more teams to the race for the tickets.

Anyway, looking foward to AT10, hopefully we get the chance to defend our gold.
