We can only pray they gave up on "deliver" the same way they gave up on "excellence." If what else they've "promised" to "deliver" sucks as bad as what they've done so far... well... I guess it's probably an appropriate time for the EVE servers to call it quits anyway. |

At the current rate of market activity and production is heading... CCP will have to start NPC seeding the market again on critical items.
The ingame market is going to hell, same with production... all slowing up since the big producers are leaving.

T2 BPOs are no longer seeded. T1 BPOs are. I don't think there has ever been faction BPOs.

Among very few others (other than TII BPOs), mine BPOs have been on the market in the past but are not any more. Other than BPOs, there are a few limited edition skillbooks - Mobile Refinery Operation, Salvage Drone Operation, Black Market Trading, and a few more (someone will surely post a full list). The skills can be still trained, but provide no benefits. |

Which would be fine, BUT, there is no new large producers filling the gap.
As producers thin out, market prices rise, lack of supply... eventually it will get to the point CCP will have to NPC seed items, that there is the death of eve.
Market is already starting to die off... it is a slow bleeding death.
I am able to make the region prices rise even easier now with less competition, I do that, but that is only a short term until the buyers die off too, they are... I am just capatilising on the death of the market, to fund more PLEXs.
Eventually they will die off too.
Eventually there will be so few producers that they will just be producing for themselves, eventually it will get so crappy nobody will pump real money into PLEXs, and PLEX market will die off, lots of pLEXs have been mothballed in lapsed accounts.
CCP will do more PLEX bundles (albiet overpriced lol) to encourage more PLEX buyers, like they did last time, that will only happen more frequently as CCP gets into a desperation cycle. Once that cycle picks up more momentum, there is no way to save it. SWG here we come, remember, some of us have been thorugh this before, and see it happening again.
If that door is forced open in Winter expansion, and no way to disable the feature, watch even more leave.
There is no more chances, Winter is the last chance. Expectations will NOT be met, 2011 Christmas brings more interest to many people. Eve is old, eve is dying, Winter patch is the last big patch content for Eve. |

Works rather well. Once you find the BPO you are looking for; If you look down at the bottom it will show you which NPC corporations sell it.

Mate, i can say the exact opposite about what will happen. People will start to see the gaps, and try to fill them. Miners will be more needed for minerals, driving more people to mine and organize mining ops. New markets will start to rise in new area of the universe, maybe smaller quantities but lower prices too because no logistics are involved - items are produced and sold at the same area. ... i think you get the drift.
Maybe you should try some of the things I propose, and see how they work out. Have some fun and make profits too. |

yea that's a load of bullshit, ppl don't manufacture cuz it's cool, they do it cuz they make money, same now as 5 years ago.
being old or new doesn't matter cuz there's nothing like this on the market, eve's fine, if anything's gonna happen it's AUR drying up the plexes and ppl that depend on them quitting, if this game's gonna start dying then all that's gonna happen is ccp's gonna start payiing attention like they used to, maybe the game is going to see a proper dev team, nothing bad about that, eve's too important for ccp, dust depends on it, they'll proly start giving away game time with dust. there were alot more idiots like you who think they know what they're talking about when the bots were getting mass banned

Cool, so can you explain why the market activity is in decline, why the player count is in decline?
The current trend has yet to show a reversal.

Eve game market activity and also the player counter and the online status monitor, not to mention the QEN has been pulled.

It is usually an insult, I would guess, when someone is trying to be edgy and fails. In this case Lady Spank was humerous and did not fail at being 'edgy', as his opinions are well known by most on the forums and his current comment was not quite venomous enough to be classed as 'edgy'.

I think the guys above mean that prices going up and/or smaller quantites is not a bad thing. To which i agree.
I get the same stuff as before, but at somewhat higher prices. Does not bother me, cause i can also sell the items i make/loot at higher prices now.
I feel that Item availability in markets and prices going up/down is not a solid indicator of the game dying. |

On the otherhand, you gotta admit, Spank's list.....pretty much true.
