Great little app!!
I have used shiftwindow, Evemon etc in the past but this tops the lot for elegance.
I just discovered a really cool use for the window cut out feature.
I run 4 accounts on 3 Monitors, (C4 WH anomalies mostly) up to recently I had my 2 combat pilots on the main screens with a warfare link Tengu boosting passively on the 3rd sharing with a prober with a combat probe out.
I now turn off the 3rd monitor and have the Prober and fleet booster at lo res hidden behind the combat pilot screen on the 2nd monitor. I use the window cut out feature to capture just the probing window and overlay it on my main monitor. It stays on top by default and I can activate the scan by mouse click from that overlay. In effect this means I have a full combat fit on my main but with scan probe functionality grafted on.
So much easier than constantly checking 3 monitors. I can raise the full probers window to the top to refresh the probes by just clicking on the button at the top of the main screen.
Havnt tried it yet but this would be perfect for setting up multiple mining clients with just the cargo and jet can visible from each client, plus the prober if in hostile space ofc.

Previous poster with the problem must have jinxed me!
Yesterday a sused the overlay cutout feature with no problems but today i cant get it to work whatever settings in game or out I try.
I either get no reaction to selecting "new window" or the target client window goes black but the cutout works, once the cutout is made the client reappears but the cutout remains blank, It can be moved to a second monitor but just doesnt display anything, mouse works in the cutout but cant see what you are doing.
I have tried all combinations in the In game graphics menu including reducing res to 1024 and lowering/raising all settings.
I recomended to a friend and he also cannot get the cutout feature to work from the get go!
I hope you can take time out to take a quick look, I use this feature daily.
My specs are
2x Nvidia Gtx 260 in Sli, Even tried with Sli disabled
Driver version 260.99 not changed since it was working yesterday
Resolution Monitor 1 1920 1080, Monitor 2 1920 1200

Put the Pc to sleep last night and this morning The feature was working fine again, I made 8 windows into the second client without a glitch.
Contacted the friend and he too can now create cutouts. No settings changed its very strange.
I even managed to get full functionality on the new stretchy windows on Sisi :)

The new build has a complete borderless relocation function from the Esc menu. It also remembers which monitor it is set to and maximizes to that on boot up.
Also Performance for me is more than doubled, I get 140 fps with 3 clients on 3 monitors, in maximised window mode.And thats with HDR/Bloom/shadows at max and 1080p. I think it is my SLI kicking in, so looks like SLI has been enabled in the client now. I have 2 x Gtx260's.

I had this problem, after some tweaking I found that the feature doesn't work if you have Anti=aliasing enabled.
When working you get a yellow notification text on the target client, just draw a box around the required screen area with the cursor, drag the resulting box where ever you want.
You can make up to 8 cut outs total. It remains always on top and isnt effected by minimising the target client.
Great for minimizing a scanning alt and just keeping the scan interface overlaid over your main client. Also to have several miners with cargo and jet can from each on the main screen.

Go to the ESC menu, select the "General settings" tab then check the "Show window identification" box. This places your character name in the top bar and in the EWMH tab.
