I just fitted a Basic Magnetic Field Stabilizer to my ship, but when I checked the stats for my hybrid guns, the ROF and damage modifers had not changed AT all.

worked on mine..
try infoing the guns in your hangar for 'base' stats, and fit your ship and redock for 'fitted' stats.
I can normally just add stuff, and it shows up though. .

I info'd on the fitted stats before and after adding a stabilizer, and they were unchanged..

I had similar issues with the FM-2 version for projectiles, However, if you fit the module, then toggle its active state off then back on again you should see it has modified the weapon stats if you delve for info in the fitting station.

Hmm...working now after a restart and and cache-clear..

I often have to restart to see new weapon mods. Sometimes I won't see what surgical strike does to a newly installed mod for 2-3 restarts. Not sure why.

Lof off delete your cache. Then refit everything. I had the problem that aa second magn field stabilizer didn't up my damage mod. It was just like i'd use 1 but it was active in fitting screen. Fitting is still badly bugged. :(
