Im talking speed here guys... so far vagabond is only ship that matches that description but again its only a ship from one race... no other cruiser from other races really fills this role (possibly the recon's but they use varying types of Ewar as opposed to speed in order to provide a good tackle).

what speed are we talking about? 'cause the scimitar does 5081 m/s with 3OD, heat, zor's hyper and snakes
6260 w/ perfect claymore
6510 w/ the upcoming 4th subsystem if they stay this rediculous

What do you mean w/ the upcoming 4th sub?
There already on sisi, and none of them boost speed. The propulsion ones are agility and AOE warp inhibiting immunity.

I believe the Loki has a +5% skirmish link defensive sub now.

This is true, but as you can only fit 1 link, i think the tackling range one would be much more useful - Hugin and Arazu pilots rejoice
